How the party goes

90 minutes with your guests. We arrive an hour early to set up and stay to clean up after. Times shown for an example 11:00 AM start.

    Arrive and settle in

    Kids get name tags and their Field Journals. Parents head to the Parent Café for coffee and pastries.

  2. 11:15 · 40 min

    The Expedition

    A story-driven quest across the park, led by our activity leader. Explorers solve clues at each stop.

  3. 11:55 · 15 min

    Explorers' lunch

    Simple, kid-friendly food from Dolores Deluxe, with allergies handled from your intake form.

  4. 12:10 · 10 min

    Cake and song

    Candles, singing and cake for the birthday explorer, with everyone gathered together.

  5. 12:20 · 10 min

    Expedition finale

    Explorers share their discoveries with the parents and earn their badges. Then goodbyes.

How booking works

  1. Request your date

    Tell us about the birthday explorer, your park and the date you'd like. A $200 deposit holds it.

  2. We confirm

    We'll email within one business day to confirm your date. If we can't make it work, your deposit is refunded in full.

  3. Party day

    The remaining $395 is charged to the same card the week of your party. You just show up.

Questions

Which parks do you host in?

Dolores Park and Douglass Park in San Francisco. We reserve a picnic area and set everything up before your guests arrive.

What about food allergies?

You'll tell us about allergies when you book, and we plan the explorers' lunch around them.

What if my date isn't available?

We'll offer your backup date or other options. If none of them work, we refund your $200 deposit in full.

When do I pay the rest?

Your card is saved securely by Stripe when you pay the deposit. We charge the $395 balance the week of your party, and we'll email you before we do.
